At Toysmith, we want you to love your fashion finds; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All garments must be in their original condition, unworn and with tags attached, to qualify for a full refund.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Prepare the Package

Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip provided during the online initiation process.

Ship the Items

Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned apparel, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
